These terms apply to the Palm Capital Ventures (PCV) Agent Connections landing page, inquiry form, document uploads, and related booking links. By submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Purpose of this service
This service lets real estate agents introduce themselves or share a property situation for PCV's review. PCV considers opportunities individually. Submission does not guarantee a response, appointment, offer, financing, purchase, closing, commission, or particular outcome.
Your information and authority
Provide accurate contact details and information to the best of your knowledge. You must have permission or another lawful basis to share information and documents about a seller, property owner, borrower, or other person. Do not submit confidential client materials without the necessary authority.
You retain your rights in materials you submit and authorize PCV to receive, store, and review them for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, passwords, Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, or information unrelated to the inquiry. Redact documents before uploading.
Review and appointments
The PCV team reviews inquiries before sharing a booking invitation. Calls are 30 minutes by phone; Gordon calls the number confirmed when booking. The calendar offers weekday appointments within 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. MST (America/Phoenix), subject to availability.
The inquiry record tracks an earliest eligible date at least three calendar days after submission, moved to the next weekday when necessary. The booking calendar also applies a rolling three-day minimum notice, which may result in a later available date. Receiving a booking link does not guarantee a specific appointment time.
No transaction or representation agreement
A form submission, conversation, or appointment does not by itself create a purchase contract, loan commitment, joint venture, brokerage engagement, agency relationship, commission agreement, or obligation to proceed. Any transaction or compensation arrangement requires its own appropriate written agreement between the relevant parties.

Permitted use
Use the service for legitimate inquiries. Do not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated submissions to overload the form. PCV may restrict misuse and may decline an inquiry.
Website information and third-party services
Website information and availability may change. The service may be interrupted or unavailable, and published content may contain errors. Confirm material details directly with PCV before relying on them for a decision. Links to other websites do not make PCV responsible for their content or operation; those services may have their own terms.
